For Rasor OHV - BLM: Ransor BLM Land outside of Baker, CA -- This is a great spot. Big enough for big rigs with full pull in and turn out. Turn left after the exit on Ransor and head into the gas station. The road begins to the left of the parking lot. We stopped and walked back to see what it looked like first and it was getting dark so we chose to go to the left and set up quickly on a fairly level spot there. Had we had more time before dark we would have gone in further. If you continue straight on the left side of split, there is a little sand pit that you could park in also. If you continue to the right and drive back in, there are several spots that are nice and level with fire pits built already. Beautiful views. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there was HWY noise. BUT, that's part of the convenience of it. It's a great spot to go on the way from Death Valley to Mojave (which we were doing). We took the dogs for a long walk off leash and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I should also mention that it has great cell coverage. We had three different carriers (phones) with us and all were blazing fast.
