For Six Mile Lake Campground: Nice, quiet campground on the shore of an all sports lake. Wonderful to escape the SC heat and dive off the dock to stay cool. Sites are grassy and spacious and full hook up.
We rented the pontoon boat for 3 days and fished, saw turtles, loons, bald eagles and mink. Plenty to do and see in the area. Good restaurants and craft beer. Excellent kayaking and biking. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

For Six Mile Lake Campground: We happened upon Silver Bullet almost by mistake. We now consider it karma. This property is Private. Secluded On six mile lake. 4 full hook up sites. Great WiFi. Nice lake for kayaking. You can launch a fishing boat just down the street at a public park. Will and Amy are awesome proprietors. And they keep their Airstream in the property to rent out. It’s a quick jump to Charlevoix and Petoskey and Torch. Silver Bullet is one our annual “return†list.

For Six Mile Lake Campground: Everyone likes to come to Florida in the winter, to get away from the cold, but in the summer, the place you want to be for perfect weather is Michigan. We found the perfect place and its called Silver Bullet Campground in East Jordan, Michigan.We stayed right on Six Mile Lake which had the most beaytiful sunrises and sunsets, we have every seen. Silver Bullet has full hook ups, great WiFi, and a very nice dock. They have pontoon boat for rental and we used it for the day and loved day. East Jordan is also close to nearby towns that are quaint and fun to discover. Amy and Will supplied us with information about the area, including some wonderful restaurants and hiking and biking trails.
The airstream we stayed in had everything we would need, including a grill, pots, pans, cooking utensils, they thought of everything!
We highly suggest visiting The Silver Bullet Campground and once you meet Amy and Will, you will feel like you have been friends with them forever.
