For The Bluffs on Manistee Lake - MH: We enjoyed our stay at the Bluffs. This is our rookie year of RVing and after repeated “No Vacancies” at state parks we came upon the full service of the Bluffs. This is a 55+ park resort and we got spoiled. We’ll be back. There’s a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, large clean showers and a fantastic new pickleball court. We soaked in the Quiet at our spacious site. Level parking and large concrete pad made set up a breeze. This is a newer park (4 yrs) and the trees are young but at the same time everything is new and obviously well planned. The attention to detail including a fantastic clubhouse make this a destination for those wanting to explore Michigan’s west coast and then enjoy a quiet evening. We toured daily from Sleeping Bear Dunes down to Historic White Pines Village at Ludington. Finally, I can’t say enough about the management. They were helpful, kind and friendly. The mgt has many community activities for guests throughout the week. Hoping there’s room for us the next time we’re close to Manistee.

For The Bluffs on Manistee Lake - MH: While there was a 2 star review that was very factual, I am very happy that I was able to book a site on Labor Day weekend for $50 a night. This place is new and well kept. There is no view and no cable but no trees if you have Satellite TV. The staff have been very pleasant and I have NO COMPLAINTS! Other campgrounds were booked so can’t comment or compare. Free WiFi is great! Other Places advertise WiFi but turns out it is pay or only in the clubhouse. This is at my site and works great.

For The Bluffs on Manistee Lake - MH: June 2020 very comfortable quite new small RV Park and permanent home development for 55 or better. Extra wide level long lots and paved patios. New club house with laundry, showers/restroom, kitchen, meeting/lounge areas, very clean and spacious. Limited day time access only no coded door locks? Pool and hot tube very well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was good at at our location near club house, satellite friendly, no cable TV. New trees are planted for future shade. Easy access to a restored historical old lumber/charter fishing town. Nice Lake Michigan beaches and Manistee River activity, a very good area to visit the laidback West Michigan life style. Our week stay was vey hot full sun in a 45’ Entegra Anthem with 3 AC running and park power was good no low voltage issues.

For The Bluffs on Manistee Lake - MH: There website and name is deceiving, you can't see the lake from anywhere in the campground and if you could see the lake you would be looking at a chemical plant beside the campground and a paper mill factory across the lake. The staff was really nice but pretty negative when it came to suggesting local sites, we were told to travel to cities over an hour away if we wanted to enjoy ourselves. There wasn't all the amenities available that's advertised. A picture on there website shows there is cable hookups when i inquired about this and pointed the picture out to them it was the camp host trailer and that is the only site that has cable. On the positive it's a very clean ground and seems well kept but it's all new and being a 55 + community it's very quite which is nice. All and All IMO not worth the price of admission we checked other campgrounds in the area while we there and would go to them next time just for the views and they cost less per night.
