For Old Mill Camp: Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of the campground at Old Mill Camp at Cummins Falls. Getting to the campground was no problem. The town of Cookeville is pleasant with lots of amenities. The roads in the campground are gravel and in good condition. The trees seem to all be trimmed. The campground office was open and everyone was friendly. The camp store is large and they have ice cream and a deli. They ask that you pull through the gate and go to your site before checking in since there is no parking area. It is important to know the gate code before arrival. No escort to our site. The road signage to our site was fair. Sites have fire pits and they sell firewood. Our site was 7, a pull through site with a gravel slab, and picnic table. There is no view from our site, but the woods are nice and the grass is green and well kept. The campground has sunny and shaded sites. Our site was not level. We had to use blocks in the back to raise the rear. The site was dry. There are a few seasonal folks located in the two outer loops. The bathhouse was really nice. There is no laundry room. There is no pool. There is no rec room. There is no workout fitness room. There is a deli at the store. The grounds look well maintained. They have no cable tv. Over the air antenna was able to get a few channels. Wifi is good. Overall the campground is quiet, relaxing and pretty. Here is the bad. No pool or hot tub, no cable, no rec room and our site was unlevel. I feel that 7, 17 and 8 are the best. Sites 34 and 35 are also nice. I would come back. Dream Big, Travel Far, Live Well...

For Old Mill Camp: Great location with the state park across the street. The playground located in the campground was a big hit with the kids and parents. Would have been five stars but the roads leading to the campground was sketchy for a newbie but honestly was not horrible. They were unexpected. Would still highly recommend.

For Old Mill Camp: This campground is right across the street from Cummins Falls State Park. We were driving on 40 and saw the sign to the Falls and decided to detour for the stop. The campground is about 10-15 minutes from 40. By the time we got to the park we had a spot to stay and made reservations to hike the gorge. The campground employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. Could not have asked for a nicer stay. The hike was amazing!

For Old Mill Camp: The campground is quaint and cute! Not a ton of spaces but offered for tent and RV camping. We checked in early with no problems and the owners are extremely friendly, offering us some options on other awesome falls to go check out since the one across the street was closed. The general store was super cute and lots of fun goodies. They have a make shift stage that looks like a front porch and to our surprise coming back to the campground Saturday night there was a mini concert going on. Lots of locals and campers congregating and it really felt like southern charm! The bathrooms/showers were nice and clean, a cute playground for the kids. This place is truely a hidden gem.

For Old Mill Camp: New and very clean facilities. Staff is family and treats you as kin. Full hook ups that work! The store is so cute and very convient. The best part is you can walk to Cummins Falls and walk back to your camp site as often as you want they are so close to each other. This place is going to get really difficult to get a spot in soon as more people discover the falls and this camp ground. Get in while you can!
