For Copper Ridge RV Resort: Beautiful location, affordable, and friendly welcoming staff. Family friendly. Lots of kids around for your kids to play with. Close to a nice disc golf park, dog park, golf course and lots of walking/riding trails.

John Carver

For Copper Ridge RV Resort: While planning a trip to the Sisters Oregon quilt show we came across Copper Ridge RV park. After several conversations with the owner Ryan, we booked and paid for our site and another couple traveling with us booked one also. Ryan sent several emails including one that confirmed our reservations for July 13/14/15 in sites 4&5. All seemed set. A week prior to our arrival I received confirmation for our upcoming stay. After almost a week on the road we arrived at the RV park about 3PM. While waiting for traffic to clear so we could pull in an RV that had just pulled out of the park stopped alongside of us and said good luck. He had just been told that there was no room for their group despite having had reservations. We finally got to pull in and were told by the onsite manager that there was no room for either of us. When I looked around at the park I saw sites 4&5 occupied with long term residents as evidenced by an abundance of propane tanks and stuff lying around the campsites. We were told that just because we had booked specific sites there was no guarantee that we would get those sites. Meantime it is over 100 degrees and everybody and everything is starting to overheat. The very unhelpful and unfriendly onsite manager finally called Ryan who spoke with me. He apologized for the "mix up" and offered to let us dry camp in a gravel parking lot and would eventually get a generator for us so that we could at least run AC. Oh by the way it would have to be shut down at 9 PM. When I asked Ryan why we were not informed in advance that there would be no space for our group I was told that he assumed it would be ok with us to dry camp. He cited an Oregon landlord tenant law as the reason why there were long term campers in the sites we reserved in January. At Other RV parks during the next 2 1/2 weeks I asked if they had ever encountered this law issue. The answers were always no. I cannot attest to the amenities of this park or the views or anything else about it except for the lack of professionalism and customer service by the management and owner. If I could give this RV park a zero star rating I would gladly do so.

Joe Basta

For Copper Ridge RV Resort: Made reservation in Jan for July. Received a confirmation one week out. When we showed up the sites were all full. At least three others has similar situations. Owner offered a no hook-up site w/o power or water on a 100 degree day. Promised sites were filled with long term people, not transient. Just an overall bad experience.

For Copper Ridge RV Resort: Beautiful views. Very clean and friendly campground. Fun playground for kids to play on and free movie nights throughout the summer on weekends!! Owners are very attentive and all guests have access to be able to reach them directly. Camp Host is always available and super friendly! We will be back for sure!! They are expanding by next summer with so much more to come! We had some trouble with our reservations but they did everything they could to make it right.

Hazel

For Copper Ridge RV Resort: White trash trailer park masquerading as an RV resort.Stay as far away from this place as possible.Full of out of control, screaming children who are not being supervised by their parents or is management doing anything about the situation. The worst RV park I have ever stayed in. Mangament are rude and bordering on hostile, they do not honor their word or their policies. The owner Katie is quite frankly the rudest most unproffesional woman I have ever had to deal with. Only open since October 2017 and and their lack of proffesionalisim, clearly not only shows them as inexperienced managers of an RV park but also how very immature people can make people's stay at this RV park make Hell seem like a desirable alternative.I will post this on every possible site pertaining to RV sites and where to stay,in hope that they will get what they deserve and be exposed for who they are and the incomprehensable way they deal with situations.
