For Upper Campbell Reservoir Campground: Do Not Make. Reservation here unless you are certain you can keep it. I made reservations here a year ago to get a river RV site. They require full payment at the time you make the reservation. On the reservation documents it says you can cancel at least 5 days ahead of time and they will refund your money less $25. I am attempting to cancel 6 weeks ahead of time and they will not comply with their own policy and have kept the entire $380 for 4 nights. Staff is very rude. We have camped all across the country and have never experienced being treated this way. Very bad way to Conduct business.
