For KOA Journey Cranbrook St Eugene: One of the best KOA's at which we've stayed. Pros: Very nicely laid out. Friendly and helpful check-in and management staff. Right on the St Mary River. Probably the most comfortable bathroom design I've ever run into, including my stick house. Clean and well-maintained laundry room as well. Just steps away from dining at the next door casino. Great view of the Canadian Rockies. Once the trees they have planted around the sites grow up, it will be even more welcoming. Cons: If you are not fully self-contained, it is a long walk from sites 30 or 56 to the restrooms. The lights they leave on all night are way too bright. It was like sleeping in the middle of a ballpark. We stayed here in mid-September in a campervan and would probably stay again.

For KOA Journey Cranbrook St Eugene: This is a five star campground. Great sites that are large and flat. Spotless bathrooms. Part of a hotel and casino complex. Don’t let your gps fool you into coming in on Mission Road from the north. It is mostly washboard gravel, I had to turn around.42

For KOA Journey Cranbrook St Eugene: This is definitely one of the best RV sites we have stayed at in four years. Great location, staff, facilities , and sites. Can I give six stars?

Dave Kingston

For KOA Journey Cranbrook St Eugene: A nice new park in a spectacular setting, on the banks of the St. Mary’s River. Pull through sites are long and level. Hookups are sensibly placed. In ”normal” pre-covid days RV campers have access to the neighbouring resort, casino and golf course.
