Betty

For Cuervo Mountain RV Park & Horse Hotel: Ok for an overnight stay. Overpriced. We have a class B and it was $62 for one night; most we have paid on our cross country roadtrip. There is one restroom/shower. There are accommodations for horses so if you are traveling with horses it may be a good fit.

Bobinaz

For Cuervo Mountain RV Park & Horse Hotel: I am glad I stopped. Level gravel pull thru sites. Great WiFi. Quiet with spectacular sunsets and dark sky at night. Park is spotless and neat. The owner Rick was a gracious host. When traveling through NM on Interstate 40 this is the place to stop. I will stay again.

John

For Cuervo Mountain RV Park & Horse Hotel: Just OK but overpriced. There are lots of sites but only a handful of customers. There’s been a lot of work put into to this new campground but the grounds are poorly maintained. Weeds and grass overgrown, muddy spots where there’s no grass. And the water connection requires you to get on your hands and knees to reach into a pit to connect the hose. All while potentially being in the mud on your knees. A dead bug in the shower and a wad of hair laying no the shower drain. To top it off there was a “donation” jar in the bathroom for a nice a clean bathroom. A tip jar after paying nearly $50! Never have seen this in my 12 plus years of RVing. It’s OK for an overnight if in a pinch.

Lori

For Cuervo Mountain RV Park & Horse Hotel: Best little hidden park. It’s 3 miles away from the IH and railroad so very quite. It’s a new park and a lot of work has been put into this. Rick was very polite and accommodating. Unlike the previous comment, there are two bathrooms. The second one is on the other side of the building from the front one. Everything is clean and when we were there last night there were still lots of wildflowers blooming.

Karen Churnside

For Cuervo Mountain RV Park & Horse Hotel: This was a one night stop on the way back from Tucson. We called ahead late in the afternoon and were told to come on in. The wind was blowing very hard and it was cold, cold, cold. The electrical box in the first space was not working but we were told just to move over a row and everything was fine. This is a very new park with 54 pull through space that all can accommodate big rigs. With my 15 foot T@B. it was spacious. There has been a lot of work put into this area. There is only one bath room that has a shower, toilet, two sinks and a urinal. The cleanest and most up to date bath we’ve seen just a little strange to have only one bathroom. Close to I-40 and away from the railroad so it is quiet also not far from Albuquerque.
