I love this property. There is a spring going right through the property. Tons on wild life. There are only 3 RV spots and there is 30 amp service and water. They have a dump station and it is next to one of the RV spots if you get lucky enough to park next to it , I guess you could call it full hookups. It was easy to find with the directions we were given and it is close to Carlsbad carverns National Park. The property is like an oasis on the edge of the desert. Would recommend, especially if you enjoy wild life and seclusion.

Arrived after hours?? (2 pm on a weekday) - no one around to help us find RV spots, give us codes for bath house. Wouldn't this be something you would arrange prior to a guests arrival? RV spots are pretty pathetic. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

They misrepresented the campground. Seems like there ought to shade with so many trees around, but set up is on caliche in full sun. Water is very difficult to find; it is a hose coming out of the ground. It says “full” hook-ups, but there is a dump station. Furthermore, there was no one around to help us at 3:00 in the afternoon. I would not recommend Camp Washington.
