For Sunset Trailer Court: Stayed here overnight passing though, very quiet - no hwy noise, very easy to get to - right off hwy 40. Mari (new owner 719-342-2183) was super nice and helpful. Nice grass lots. Some residence live close by, but this is a great place to stay.
No bathroom but we were able to use a vacant units bathroom since it wasn’t currently occupied. Overall, very nice place to stay for passing through.

For Sunset Trailer Court: It's a mobile home park on one side and a RV Park on the other. Good place for an overnight or base camp. Large level sites with plenty of room. Full hook-ups. Call the owner, Kay, ahead of time to meet you there. Cash only.
