For El Campo Lost Lagoon RV Resort: Had booked a site for several days with friends. Due to work changes I needed to cancel my reservation. PLEASE BE AWARE! THIS PARK WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON!!! This is very poor customer service and crooked business practice. Only thing offered was a voucher for a future visit minus a $25 (handling) fee. Terrible terrible terrible!

For El Campo Lost Lagoon RV Resort: We returned with all the facilities open this time. I bumped down a star because although the bathrooms are clean, the shower had zero water pressure (as much as our camper) and if you have long hair (and a bit on the thick side) it takes much longer to shower. Also , they are policing the pool entry, so if you are going to the showers with a bag, they go through it looking for alcohol. That’s very invasive. They could police it at the actual pool entry or after the bathroom /arcade entry door. Drinks at the pool were good. $10 for about 8 oz possibly 12 oz, but a cup full of ice reduces the amount. Price, imo should be more like $6. (Compared to other resorts at the same price but much bigger ). Staff is friendly. I’m not sure we would return. 2 days was plenty. There is another park not as far off I-10 that’s connected to a waterpark, we will try them next time.

For El Campo Lost Lagoon RV Resort: Beautiful park with spacious lots. Tons of activities to keep everyone busy. Friendly staff and locally owned. We came while it was very empty. The store closes at 5 (should be 7pm) we needed ice 😩 and Sunday they close at 3pm. We cruised to the back on our bikes and feel they need some facilities back there. They could use some dog clean up stations along each of the rows. We will definitely be back. I would give it a 5 star if it were gated and the few other improvements mentioned.
