For Cliffside Cabins and RV Park: This place has a lot of potential but not there yet. Stayed over a week and saw owners for less than 1 min. Sites are VERY close together. No picnics table. Beautiful cliff side right beside us. The whole park has prickers on the ground that my dog got in her paws every time we walked around. Fortunately they finished a fenced in dog area. However it is ridiculously small and two feet from the nearby campsite. The bathrooms are newly renovated however not clean. The one and only clothes washer doesn’t spin dry with a blouse and a few underwear in it. (Very small load). We went into town to use laundry mat. To top off our stay was a cattle corral right across the road with a large head of cattle the mooed throughout the day and night.

For Cliffside Cabins and RV Park: Still under construction as the owner is building showers and laundry facility it looks like. Price is reasonable being only 25 minutes from the entrance of Zion. WiFi worked great and we picked up enough stations with our antenna that we did not set up satellite. The camp needs trees trimmed and made to look more eye appealing even though they have construction going on. Very close to the highway so there is road noise but not too bad. I would stay here again.

For Cliffside Cabins and RV Park: We were very fortunate to have happened upon this sweet place that is under new ownership. The adorable cabins are well thought out with beautiful interiors and thoughtful amenities. The rv sites accommodate 20, 30, 50 w water and septic. They plan to continue to improve and grow into a premier camping and lodging experience.
We look forward to our next visit.

For Cliffside Cabins and RV Park: Fairly new park still under construction & expansion. Full hookups all were adequate & the site was level. Wifi good & our directTV dish locked on satellites. Highway noise but convenient in/ out access. Nice location for visiting Bryce/Zion/Grand Canyon. Super nice folks & very reasonable fee.
