For BLM McInnis Jouflas: Stayed here three nights. Easy access off Int. 70. A section of the road to the campground is deeply rutted but passable for 2wd cars and trucks. Toilet was open despite COVID. Fabulous access to off-road tracks that can take you miles and miles back to the Colorado River. Days were hot and bugs were out at dusk, but both were manageable. Swam by day at nearby Highline Lake SP.
