For The Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort: Former fema park with a cold pool. When we booked this park in March 2022 We were promised everything would be done by July 4. We arrived Dec 1, our site was not ready. Clubhouse,bathrooms, laundry was not done. We had no Wi-Fi.the pool was cold until March. No planned activities .Such an absolute disappointment. Nothing was done when we left March 1.

For The Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort: Never again take the money and run Brian the owner does just that this park is half baked and you get to pay 100% here’s a list of what’s wrong club house 25% completed bathroom number two 20% completed washer machines and dryesr always broken down pool heater breaks down no wyfi for two months had to by hotspot grass around sites incomplete on south side gate system for entry into north and south are not set up correct keypads and distance to road way to close to enter with Rv there’s no signage anywhere for roadway entry and exit or speed limit signs and no perminit office just temp the employees are great they take the heat from everyone that is not pleased and you would think that Brian would offer a discount and that would go a long ways but not all people are business people take the money and run

Underwelmed
For The Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort: Northside of the park is OK, but the New Clubhouse is still not complete, mailboxes are available in Jan 23 and facebook is point for activity info. The Southside of the park is a disaster. Nothing is completed, debris everywhere, no wifi, no bath house, no security gate and not much activity to get these done either. No discounted rates between the sides, so the South pays the same as the North with much less. IF you can get on the North side of the park, then may enjoy it...but run from the South side spots until park is finished!

Dissatisfied
For The Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort: Too pricey for nothing. No office. No mail room. No manager. Guests have to maintain the pool. No calendar with scheduled activities til 6 weeks before the end of season. Rec building is under construction (going on 3-4 years). Drywall and mudding done with no windows in (windows in now). No irrigation system so, if you want nice shrubs,it's your responsibility to keep things watered. Would NOT recommend this park.

For The Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort: Stayed here 2 months in 2021 and enjoyed the resort. Very laidback and friendly. The facilities are spotless and top notch. Everything is brand new. Will definitely return!
