For Tombstone Dry Camping RV Park: We stayed here for 3 nights in March for $10 per night. We were in our class C motorhome. We appreciate the owner of the lot keeping the price reasonable and not gouging. Thank you. As others have stated, it’s dry camping in a dirt lot with boulders around the edges. Think BLM land type of camping, except it’s privately owned. We have solar so we don’t run our onboard generator, but unfortunately, our neighbor next to us ran portable generator his nearly 24/7. The instructions on the entrance sign say to park East and West, but several people were parked parallel blocking rigs and views. There was also some genius that had an open fire going in a impromptu fire ring he made. The entire area is a tinder box with dry grass, sage brush and tumble weeds, and this person thought it was a good idea to have a fire going all night. Other than the issues I raised in this review it was a nice place to boondock and it’s only a five minute walk into town. Also, there are no garbage cans or dumpsters so you’ll need to take your trash to the cans at the city park which is two blocks in town. There are also restrooms there and they open at 7 am and close at 9 pm.

For Tombstone Dry Camping RV Park: As others have stated, this is truly dry camping…….. think BLM area dirt/gravel, but it’s privately owned. The price is right and obviously the owners aren’t trying to gouge you, which we appreciate. We stayed here for a few days in March and did the touristy things….. A ride on the stagecoach, steak dinner at the Crystal Palace which was excellent, had a drink at a few saloons, etc. The location of this lot can’t be beat as far as being close to town. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to town which is the closest place to park an RV in Tombstone. We have solar on our motorhome so we don’t run a generator which are annoying and make a lot of noise, breaking the peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, we were parked right next to a trailer that ran his portable generator all night long, and we could hear other rigs in the lot running their noisy generators as well. The entrance sign clearly states to park North/South, and of course there are a few people that don’t follow the rules and end up blocking others by parking parallel. Unbelievably, one of these rigs had an open camp fire in the lot in front of their rig with all of the dry brush, weeds, grass, tumbleweeds, etc., that surround the entire camping lot. There is no garbage can or dumpster on site, so the closest place to dump your trash is at the Tombstone city park, which is about two blocks away.

For Tombstone Dry Camping RV Park: I stayed here three days in January 2023. It is dry camping only, as others have suggested, but it is a perfect spot to stay a few days and enjoy the extremely touristy tombstone downtown. At 10 bucks a night, the price couldn’t be better. Furthermore, the informal protocol used to park vehicles and their rigs, it’s perfectly suited to the area. It’s all very casual, as it should be.

For Tombstone Dry Camping RV Park: Dry camping with good organization. Best option for visiting Tombstone. Walking distance to all the tourist sites yet camping at Desert’s edge. Managers were very helpful in getting you into parking sots.

For Tombstone Dry Camping RV Park: The location is perfect, the hosts are fantastic. We stopped in for a day and stayed a week - was so enjoyable we came back a few weeks later for another stay. This is dry camping (dirt/rocks), flat ground within two blocks of all of the historic Tombstone activities. On the weekends the hosts have a fantastic store with great food and stuff!
