Tracy

For West Texas Friendly RV Park: Made reservations for this location over the phone. When we got there, it was empty and looked like an abandoned parking lot. There was a small building with a sign on it and a number to call. Called and found out that the actual campground was about 15 minutes (5327 Wasson Rd). Would have been nice to have been told that when the reservation was made. Low rating is so you can avoid making our mistake. The campground on Wasson Rd is a basic, no-frills overnight stop. Inhabited mostly by long-terms, but everything was tidy and neat. $35/night was pricey for what you get, inc low water pressure. All-in-all, adequate for an overnight respite from driving. Would give it a 2 star rating not because it’s in bad condition, but because it is a very basic campground.

DugnTex

For West Texas Friendly RV Park: Sandy and dirty like camping in a kaliche parking lot. Smail laundramat, no showers. Cable kept faking in and out. WIFI was ok, but not very fast. Definitely overpriced.
