For Oak Alley RV Resort: Oak Alley RV Resort - Webster, FL Jan. 25-30, 2022 We were there for a rally, so we had a special rate. Regular rate is $70. daily, $350. Weekly and $1050. for 1 month. The park is new, within a year, and has very nice facilities - pool, whirlpool, all sorts of recreation, nice clubhouse and laundry room; however, it still needs some work! The sites are very wide and long, but, except for a few, are grass. We were in the just opened area (495) and the sod had just been laid a week before. There was quite a bit of cow manure everywhere. It didn’t help that it was raining when we arrived, and the next day. I saw 2 coaches sink down in the grass in our section. Electric, water and sewer hookups were convenient, but water pressure was low (40psi) and their “Free WiFi” requires you to put down a $50. Deposit for the equipment, and then I needed the tech guy to come adjust the connection at the pole to even use it - and it wasn’t that “high speed”. Another frustration was that I didn’t realize the office is only open Mon-Friday. A gal had to come in Sunday morning for our group to be able to turn in the boxes and get our deposit back. They have on-site camp hosts for after-hour needs, but they didn’t have cash for WiFi box return. Webster is a town of about 700 people, about 10 miles east of I-75. There is a Family Dollar and Dollar General in town, a bar/grill, and a donut/fried chicken restaurant, and that’s about it! Bushnell is about 10 miles (12-15 minutes) away, where there is a grocery store, Walmart, gas, etc. there. Other towns are further away. I personally would not stay there for $70./night unless it was in one of the concrete sites. Hopefully they will concrete more sites, only time will tell.

For Oak Alley RV Resort: Stayed for the 3 day special on a nice paved site. Staff extremely friendly, lots of amenities and roads paved throughout for nice bicycle riding. They are still expanding but were not working on the weekend we were there. The Clubhouse is noisy and for those with hearing aides difficult. They need to put some fabric/sound damping material on the walls in there.

For Oak Alley RV Resort: The only reason for 4 stars is because this is a new resort and there is still ongoing construction. This resort has more activity and friendlier staff than others we have stayed with (we full time). Activities are being scheduled every day and ramping up to include more things as the days go by. Absolutely one of the best by far - Wider spaces, free internet, large club house, swimming pool is not fully completed (waiting on pool heater and a few parts), wood working shop, located in the quiet town of Webster, FL, free pickle ball lessons (12 courts), both grass and concrete paved sites, exercise, knitting, book clubs, pot lucks, free Thanksgiving Turkey dinner scheduled, 3 days free to try them out. We came back - Our 2nd winter here. As soon as the construction and pool are complete this will have a 5 star rating from me.

For Oak Alley RV Resort: New park, info looks great but they won’t answer the phone. Calls go to an answering service but they won’t call me back. They are ignoring messages through their own contact form on the website as well. Must be having big problems

For Oak Alley RV Resort: The moment you enter the park you can see the beauty of the landscape. It is nearly completed and it 's starting to get popular. Take advantage of the 50% off till October due to the ongoing work. Extra large grass spots for longer term visitors and concrete pull thrus for shorter. Clubhouse, pool, 12 pickle ball courts, bocci, horseshoes and shuffleboard. My favorite is the complete wood shop to ake some projects in. Located in a rural farm country setting but not far from stores and attractions. Must see park. Staying in our 38' fifth wheel.
