For RV Ranch at Phantom Canyon: Do NOT recommend this place. They were screaming and threatening long-term residents including an elderly woman right in front of us. They will tell you a price/date payment is due and then illegally add on hundreds of dollars,change the contract with no notice and then kick you out. When we stayed there were multiple instances of aggressive dogs being an issue(they allowed them to stay after attacking), sewage being all on the ground, break ins with items stolen and the electrical and water being unstable. This place is a nightmare and a walking lawsuit. Everyone knows about them and their management in the area. Steer clear!
