For Pilot Travel Center: First, stopping at the pilot costs time -only 3 bathroom stalls. Multiple places to check out for each business that is inside. Very confusing.
Second, stopping at the pilot costs energy and more time. No self pay at the pump you have to go inside. And then there are no checkers at the gas check out. Just a self pay station. Great. Now I get to stop sooner for gas nexttime.
Finally. It's dirty. All the trash overflowing. MaintenAnce man laying on the ground fixing something at the entrance. Tables not wiped.
.....There was soapy water in the window washing bucket. Yeah!
