For Butterfield RV Resort: Our 6 month stay here was bizarre to say the least. After being there for a couple of months we started hearing about a few couples being singled out as troublemakers. One couple was asked to leave because they questioned the management's demands to know who they had sold their little mobile building to. To date there have been over 8 campers kicked out of the park. When asked why they are told they didn't follow the rules. When they asked management what rules they had broken they are not given an answer but instead told they had harassed the management or managements employees. Everything out of the managers mouth is either a lie or gross exaduration. The group kicked out are said to be troublemakers by current management but in truth they made the mistake of asking "why" regarding some policy changes made by current management. Personally we have never experienced anything like this. We witnessed threats, bullying, targeting and harassment. What we didn't experience was customer service. Since leaving the park of our own accord we have been harassed by current management and we are now viewed as one of the troublemakers group. Needless to say, we won't be back.

For Butterfield RV Resort: Stayed a month here and really liked the park except for some major problems. The observatory is a real asset even though the equipment was not working much of the time. The laundry room is tiny and folks are reaching over each other to use the appliances. Unfortunately the park is close to railroad tracks that are very active all night long with loud whistles blowing constantly. One side of the park backs up to Safeway where they have deliveries with loud backup alarms. The other side is by a medical facility that has a helipad being used in the wee hours. If you don’t mind constant noise then this is your park.

For Butterfield RV Resort: One of the nicer parks we have stayed in......paved streets, very clean, pool and hot tub open. Filled our propane tank. Free internet or option to buy more data if your staying a long time. Close to Tombstone and caverns.

Matt

For Butterfield RV Resort: Wonderful little RV Park! Besides having all the things needed for a 5 star Park (e.g., spacious sites, immaculately clean bathrooms, clean heated pool and spa, friendly and accommodating staff, good cable TV and WiFi, etc.). This Park has other amenities like free ice, propane tank refill pick up and return, and an observatory. It is well worth 5 statrs.

For Butterfield RV Resort: Butterfield is a great RV park. Big rig friendly. Cleaning pave roads no dust. We stay there about four times. Close to everything Tombstone and Bisbee, Kirchner caverns and Sierra Vista (Buffalo soldiers were train). Will be back there in October 2019.

MEP

For Butterfield RV Resort: NOT PET FRIENDLY AND EXTREME TRAFFIC NOISE!! I should have read the other reviews before staying here. If I could change staying at Butterfield RV Resort for the 17 days we paid for a premium site, I definitely would, even making the extra miles into the Tucson area. Here are the reasons. 1. The observatory is a joke. Just a large telescope in a dome. I can see more using my binoculars. We made the 1500 mile trip and the telescope was broken waiting on parts, then a super letdown on the quality of the site when it was repaired. 2. The water pressure was so low, that we had to fill our tank every day, and use our pump to take quick showers. 3. The WIFI is so slow that you can't use it, so virtually none here. The manager said that the park was full, but its poor engineering and planning. We were 6 spaces from the office and WiFi antenna. 4. Most people travel with pets, the rules here are too stringent to be pet friendly and taken to the extreme. My dog urinated a foot into a site corner and I was disciplined and lectured even though I apologized. So, if the dog pen is occupied you better make your dog hold it. 5. The pool and hot tub were advertised but under construction, so those amenities don’t exist here. 6. This park is up for sale, possibly because it is in a HIGH train noise area. The trains run all day and night blowing their horns and car traffic is heavy so road noise is almost as bad. 7. Customer service is nonexistent, the office and park staff are not responsive. 8. MARK THIS ONE OFF MY LIST.
