For Dakota Ridge RV Park: Very expensive TP dump and the registration area closes at five in the afternoon

For Dakota Ridge RV Park: Greedy with $80 total per night. No showing early and we had to sit on main road to get in due to back up of checking in RVs. Our site close to others. Our area with picnic table on side hill and had it rained out site in front of doorway would have been total mud . Good things: close to our daughter and amenities. Will stay elsewhere next time

For Dakota Ridge RV Park: There are multiple reasons for the ONE Star. But before I get to those reasons there are some good things about this park. #1 location. #2 amenities, if you are into those things. #3 well kept up, neat and tidy. Now for the downside: #1 They do not refund money under any circumstances. Once they get your money you cannot cancel. Also, we expected to have a granddaughter with us, but she ended up not being with us. Too bad so sad, once they have the money there is no refund. #2 there is a juke joint biker bar across the street. The bar has live music, with huge speakers, that rock your world & RV on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The music does stop at 10pm thankfully, On Saturdays and Sundays music starts in the early afternoons. And finally, we made our reservations for a week, in early August, back in Nov of last year. The spot they put us in was the closest site to that biker bar. The only reason they can get away with this is because there ain't much else in the area. We will NOT be staying with them again and we are in that area annually.

For Dakota Ridge RV Park: We stayed here from September 21st to September 29th. It’s very pricey, and there is a bar across the street that has live, loud music Thursday - Sunday. night. We also didn’t care for the layout of the park. Our site faced the front of the next site & we shared a grass area. We will not be back.nicolo

For Dakota Ridge RV Park: I lost a 233.00 dollar deposit today. No refund even when roads are closed due to mud slides. It would take 2-3 additional hours to get to Denver in very mountainous terrain. I have NEVER NOT received a deposit back. Especially when that deposit is half the total amount.

For Dakota Ridge RV Park: Worthless greedy park. . The staff were friendly but that’s it. Showed up 15 minutes early & they wanted to charge me $25 early arrival. Asked for a refund & told them I would rather stay at a Walmart for the night. I’ll just wait outside. Pool was closed 4 the season. It was August 1st! The green areas were mostly brown. I was on the outside next to an industrial park and the I-70 freeway. Showers? 25 cents for 2 minutes AND finally expensive $70/night. I went up the Hwy 4.5 miles to Chief Hosa campground, in the woods, AND $30/ night(electric & water).

TCORMIER

For Dakota Ridge RV Park: This was our third year staying at this camp site. In the past we were away from the road and were sheltered from the the worst of the noise. This time we were close to the main road. Big trucks passing by started at 6am and continued through out the day. The loud music from the bar across the street was Thursday through Sunday. On Friday and Saturday until 10 pm. The motorcycles screamed up and down the street throughout the day, but mostly at night when music was on. Our last night it was at 2:30 in the morning. We had to wear ear plugs at night to sleep some nights. On a positive note, the park is in a great location close to Golden and the interstates. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
