Beulah

For Bridger Bay - Antelope Island State Park: Beautiful park we stumbled upon and so close to SLC. We stayed at site 15, gorgeous view over looking the lake, which all sites have. Oddly still lots of mosquitoes even on 2 October ! Bison were IN the campground, amazing. Heard lots of coyotes too. Have not found water source yet, there must be one somewhere for non hook up sites? Some cel service. Would definitely recommend and return.

Lois

For Bridger Bay - Antelope Island State Park: We are in Bridger Bay camp loop. Site 37. Nice overlooking the lake. Nice new bathrooms, electric, water. However the showers in the nice new building are locked up. You have to go down to the loop below to shower. Seems weird to lock the showers in new loop where the camp sites are so nice and make you walk a long trail or drive to the older loop to get a shower. Those sites down there don’t have water or electric. No bugs here now. Was windy and cold yesterday. Not as windy today May 9th.

Shauna

For Bridger Bay - Antelope Island State Park: New campsites 27-65 are gorgeous! Paved parking, electric and water hook ups, covered table and firepit. Dump station and trash bins are loop exit. Sites on the north side over look the beach and lake. Eleven-mile scenic drive to Fielding Garr Ranch with lots of Buffalo viewing is perfect for road cyclists and e-bikers.

Austin

For Bridger Bay - Antelope Island State Park: My family and I had a great time at the island. Sites have nice views and level clean sites and they are building more. The park has a nice visitors center with great hike. The only problem is the bugs. We went pretty early in the year and they were still pretty bad, but as long as you know and can accept that it’s a great time

Hugo

For Bridger Bay - Antelope Island State Park: Slept at Walmart the night before in SLC. After a day touring the city, we found this camp site and decided to try our luck. We got there around 6pm and luckily they still had two spots left. Took one at bridger bay. It is mid June now and there are not the issue at all for some reason. But, the view is most stunning I have ever seen in my life. Blue sky and some clouds, yellow and green plants, and the lake. You can pull right up the campsite and watch the sunset. Very quite, the sites are very spaced out from each other and every site had new covered patio and bbq pit. Totally surprised. Go there it is a secret spot !

Grace

For Bridger Bay - Antelope Island State Park: Really beautiful spot. All sites are level and have a fire pit and picnic table. Good cell coverage. Pit toilets are avalaible but we did not use so cannot comment on them. Unfortunately for us the no-see-um bugs had just hatched and were hungry, they are small enough to come through the mosquito net. Besides the bugs it was a lovely spot.

Jmccaslin

For Bridger Bay - Antelope Island State Park: We enjoyed this location greatly. Beautiful hikes, exploring and quiet camping. We stayed here at the end of April. They warn about gnats and no refunds. We were lucky enough to have a breeze our entire visit which kept them from us. I would have been more concerned if I couldn't hide inside my camper if necessary. We visited the day before (too late for online reservation) and were told to get there at open the next day to get a spot. There were three of us waiting when they opened, so glad we took that advice.
