For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: Directions on google or Apple gps put us in a neighborhood, no one answers the phone but on arrival 4 staff in office. Signage off 89 is hidden in trees. Didn't use facilities. Very run down, sites very tight & uneven. Very large campground. Looks like they haven’t put any $$ back into park. Plus side there are walking trails around the campground. Traveling in a 40ft motorhome.

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: I loved the big pine trees and location….it’s at the foot of a mountain. In a van so didn’t mind the bad roads or being slightly unlevel. Paid $55. No laundry while I was there.

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: Great location. Get the full hookups and avoid the restroom/shower..it was 48 outside and warmer outside than in the women’s shower. Laundry room was clean. Only 2 out of 9 washers and 2 out of 10 dryers were operational. Hopefully they’re holding some back and just don’t want to clean them all?? I had no issue finding a washer at 7:30 on Sunday Morn. Lots of OTA channels 4 bars AT&T / 2 bars Verizon. Nice size offleash dog park..room to throw a ball. No one wanted to seem to answer the phone..but everyone was real nice at the front desk.

Wandering Wallaby

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: Further from downtown Flagstaff then it might seem. But on the other hand very close to a mall a supermarket a propane place and all the things you might need. Gets 4 stars because there are trails that lead from the back of the park onto the most beautiful mountain hikes. Plus the bathrooms are just impeccable. Best I’ve seen in a long time. Doesn’t get five stars because the Wi-Fi is as usual a bit of a joke

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: On a tour of 7 States this summer, this KOA was in the worst condition of any of the RV Parks we stayed in, and the worst KOA I’ve ever stayed in. Owners are charging premium prices ($45 for a tent site, nearly $100 for an RV site), and giving a substandard product. The showers are old, small, and need a full refurbishment. Vent in the ceiling of the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for a year or more. I gave 1 star for the staff, 1 star for the campground. Skip it, try another location.

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: We got scratches all over our new class A motor home because there was no way to get to our site without passing by the overgrown trees. The site was very tight so we could barely get in. Once we got in we could not get leveled because the muddy site was very uneven. (We have auto-level AND blocks). This is the first time we could not get leveled in 2 years and over 50 rv parks. Now, all of this might have been ok if this place was the cheapest place we have ever been to. But it was the most expensive. We even paid more then we did for ocean view in ridiculously expensive California. Oh, and one more thing: our neighbors on both sides were 3 feet away.

Carol

For KOA Holiday Flagstaff: We have stayed here many times in our 37’ motorhome, but this will be the last. Each site we stayed in this summer was ridiculously unlevel. Two of them we couldn’t level with blocks added! Drainage from rain has created deep grooves in some sites, and they have not filled them in. Cable only works at some sites. Our neighbors last time had no cable and then one month later we didn’t have cable. We were told it must be a widespread issue because they get lots of complaints, but they are not attempting to resolve it. The washers and dryers are so filthy that I went into town to a laundromat. I have not gone into the bathrooms. I don’t know what is happening here, but they charge a high price and the place is deteriorating quickly. So sad, because camping in the pines is so lovely.
