For Marina Dunes RV Park: Stayed here 5 nights in September 2015. First problem = I had to trim trees and bushes for 20 minutes before i could get my RV in the site. Second problem = Went to the office to see if I could move to another site and I was told nothing else was available during my stay. Prior to going to the office I walked the RV Park and saw several vacant sites which would accommodate my RV. When I informed the clerk of the vacant sites I was told they were booked. During my stay 3 of the sites remained vacant. Third problem = I requested to speak with the manager several times and was told she was at a doctor's appointment or in the ER. Fourth problem = after a couple of days the trash cans were beyond overflowing and remained that way for another day. Fifth problem = The laundry room was so filthy and the machines so dirty you would have to be a fool to risk putting your clothes in them, also the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in days or weeks. I went through the paperwork I received when I checked in and found an emergency number and I called. A man answered the phone and identified himself as the manager. I informed him of the overflowing trash problem and he was on his way to the RV Park. I asked him to come to my site. A few minutes later the manager arrived and apologized for the trash. I told him the trash was just one of many problems and I related all of the problems with the park. The manager told me I should never have been assigned the space I was in given this size of motorhome and the fact I had a tow vehicle. I told the manager I gave all of my information to the clerk who took my reservation so there would be no problem. The manager apologized and offered a partial refund on my charges. The manager told me the owner does not want to spend any money on the park and he and his wife have to suffer the consequences with all of the complaints.

My advice = Go to the KOA campground in Moss Landing and avoid this RV ghetto.

For Marina Dunes RV Park: Stayed here 2yr,s ago and it was a very well maintained campground. Cannot say that any more I have used pit toilets that were better than the men's room the laundry room! Not the same place very disappointed

For Marina Dunes RV Park: We enjoyed our stay here and would be good to stay again. I agree with previous reviews - bit on the costly side - hiway noise is constant but bearable. Sites are clean and semi private. Wifi connection speed is throttled down if you use too much data - basically any data... Connection kept dropping and so - had to resort to my phone connection way too much. State beach nearby is beautiful... Expect a long walk to get there.

For Marina Dunes RV Park: I stayed here in a tent. I was traveling on my motorcycle. The tent camping area is like a back yard. There is no grass, you are camping on the sand (this was not a problem for me). There was a fire pit, BBQ and a table in each site. You are right across the street from the state dunes beach. The staff is friendly, but did not feel that they went out of their way to provide great service (very young lady's working the counter). The restrooms are reasonably clean and there is a rec room with coffee and hot coco. It has a pool table tv and couches.

The other campers were very nice and the grounds were quiet pretty early. I would stay here again.

For Marina Dunes RV Park: 30 feet from the main highway, so expect road noise. Very pricey. Small sites with little privacy. Well maintained, nice exercise room, can walk to the beach. We'll move on.

For Marina Dunes RV Park: The highway noise is a real issue at this very nice RV park. We chose it for the proximity to the beach and to Monterey, but would look at Laguna Seca next time I think. The washrooms are very nice and the lounge with full kitchen is a treat if you are tent camping in bad weather, but agree the rate is stiff.

For Marina Dunes RV Park: Sites are all backup and hard to get into. Very little turning room. Highway noise never quit. And , at $75 plus tax, forget this place.
