For Overnite RV Park: Stayed 8/22/22. I had called to make sure no trees would block my tv sat. No problem. BUT you are right under the glide path of the airport😡. The larger the plane the more sat interference. ! Will not be returning

For Overnite RV Park: So we scored the Trifecta with this one! We have Interstate 40, a busy truck stop next door, and we’re directly under the flight path for Amarillo airport. Does any of the other stuff really matter? Oh yeh, wife said she heard a train earlier. And all for just $43 a night. Should’ve done better research.

For Overnite RV Park: NO WIFI! A bunch of long termers(it would appear—complete with confederate battle flags & chained pit bulls. A certain amount of foot traffic between the adjacent truck stop (don’t know what that was all about) and the trailers. Conflicting info re: check-in. Says no cash in envelopes but also nobody there to take credit card and they don’t get in until 10 AM. I felt $42. A bit stiff for a little electricity and a dump. The owner was nice but had to come over to check us in said the construction was the cause for no WiFi but they will he getting it when the fiber is laid. It was a little noisy (adj truck stop, airport, hwy) when we first got in but quieted right down around 11pm and we had a great nights quiet sleep. We stopped based on a reviews on this site. We were disappointed .

For Overnite RV Park: Great overnight place, hosts are very accommodating & helpful! Water pressure was high & had a bit of overflow, electric needs some work on the connection! Overall would stay again!

For Overnite RV Park: Let me set the record straight. This is an overnight park not a Resort so keep this in mind. Everything was fine, level sites, nice office staff, absolutely nothing to grouse about. We have used this stop multiple times and will continue to do so. The price is right for what you get. Some folks will grouse if they hear a train....they are going to gripe about every RV park out west. If you are going to complain about road noise this place is located next to I-40 so you best find a campground way off I-40 or you will complain. I have never noticed air craft. The Big Texan steak house is at the next exit and is always a good time. Did I mention the price is right here.

Waypoint

For Overnite RV Park: Nice staff. No issues with anything. Downside was highway noise but not bad. Easy on and off from interstate, close to fuel. Good for overnight stay. Stayed in 34 MH with toad.

For Overnite RV Park: Drove past the park twice looking for a road called Lakeside drive. There is no road or road signs named Lakeside Drive. The park is actually on Texas 335. Quaint, established park with lots of full grown shade trees and level stone sites with grassy areas. Pull thru sites are a bit too short for big rigs with a toad. If you are a light sleeper be aware this park is directly in the glide path of the nearby airport with lots of military and commercial flight activity. Flight activity however was minimal after 11PM the night we stayed there. Lots of noise from truck traffic on Texas 335 and from nearby railroad tracks. Would we stay there again? Yes ... but it probably wouldn’t be our first choice.
