For KOA Holiday Burlington: Was a little cautious after reading some reviews about the management and their rules.
I called and asked if I could check in a day early. The staff was more than pleasant in letting me know to come on in.
There are rules but life is full of rules I saw no rules that seemed over burdensome. I fine for not picking up after your dog doesn’t seem out of line.
As for the bridge, I have a 38’ Renegade Explorer and pull a F150. I had NO issue.
Grounds are meticulously maintained and the staff is more than friendly. I didn’t use any of the amenities, pool, playgrounds or Mini Golf but all seemed to be acceptable and being used by other guests.
We would stay again and not hesitate to recommend to others.

For KOA Holiday Burlington: When pulling in swing wide to the right side of the office. They do have a gate. Beautiful park. Great dog area. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. One of the best we have stayed in.

For KOA Holiday Burlington: They have nice trees and every fun thing to do but they don’t hand out the bathroom code when you check in. In fact they indicate no code by crossing it out. I had to drive to a gas station since the office is open very limited hours. Other campers had similar experience
If you get a spot in the back make sure to ask how wide that bridge is? I’m glad I did not have to cross it

OWV
For KOA Holiday Burlington: After reading the bad review we were skeptical but honestly this is one of the best parks we have stayed during 5 years of full timing. We stayed in the back with nice green grass and a concrete patio. Very well kept and THE BEST WiFi. We were going to only stay a night but were so comfy we extended. It poured rain on the first night but dried up quickly. Very friendly staff and big rig friendly, didn’t unhook the entire time. We have a 45 ft motor coach with Ram truck toad.

For KOA Holiday Burlington: One of the best. Very friendly staff. Nice size sites. Excellent and clean facilities. I stayed there for eight successive days in July and loved it.
Ignore the bad reviews. Read between the lines! Totally unfair.

Sally
For KOA Holiday Burlington: Stayed at this KOA for a week in April and was very impressed after reading the negative reviews previously posted. Wifi is the best we have ever had traveling the last 6 years. Clean restrooms, excellent friendly staff and above average customer service. The workers went over and above to help when needed. The front (older section) has beautiful trees but sites are a bit closer but not unmanageable (we have experienced closer sites). The back/newer section has no trees but sites are a bit roomier. Two beautiful playgrounds for the kids, a bouncy pad that is additional $5.00 per child FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY, a maze, mini golf and indoor pool/spa. We would return over and over again.

For KOA Holiday Burlington: Stayed July 13-15th. Level sites, particularly shaded. Gated campsite but gate code worked. Narrow bridge to cross to get to 50amp sites. Check in was business like not the friendly greeting and check in I’m used to with KOAs.
