Lucy

For Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Resort: I was disappointed in the check in process. Could not reach by phone although I left messages I had to show in person to see if they had room. The fee was $50 pl tax then a $9.95 required amenity fee for a $5.00 food credit and a continental brunch (which when I asked they said that it was free) I couldn’t plug my 30 amp plug in as there wasn’t enough clearance so I had to use my pig tail which I was lucky to have. The casino was nice though!

Dennis

For Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Resort: Nice clean, well maintained park. Secluded for being in the city with in-house security. Bathroons were immaculate. Also had a breakfast included and food at the casino. Not much for kids but for 2 old people it was great.

Eric

For Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Resort: Great spot to stay while visiting Chicago area. Price was a little high for not being full hook up. Dump station is available. Price should have gone down with limited perks. No Breakfast, or shuttle buses right now.

For Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Resort: Check-in is at the hotel prior to going into the RV park. Clerk would not give us a map. She said, “The sites are easy to find.” We had a level cement pull-thru spot; back-ins are available also. 50 amp. Water. Picnic. Quiet. OTA TV was good. Grass in between sites. Internal road are good for big rigs. Love that casinos in Illinois are smoke-free!

Glendam

For Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Resort: This is a nice site, surrounded by trees and small woods. A lot of grass too, but the sites are on concrete, which is a plus. I was disappointed that the Casino website states there is complimentary WiFi on the campsite, when the network name does not even show on the campsite. There are also no sewer hook-ups on this site. I’d return here, but bearing in mind the lack of internet or sewer hook ups, I do think it is a little expensive.

Tk n Earl

For Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Resort: Great first stay. Pet-friendly, nice pad, friendly and responsive staff. Partial hookups - sewer is just outside of park, behind hotel. Options for pull through or back in. Nice picnic table at spot. Near Rt 6 and shipping center. A little noisy. Minutes from I & M Canal trail and I-80.

Mary Anne A McGinn

For Hollywood Casino Hotel & RV Resort: We were pleasantly surprised as we were just passing through for one night. Although the pull throughs had no trees, the rest of the campground had nice trees and well maintained lawns. The original site we had had some standing water on the cement patio and surrounding dirt (therefore mud) that our dogs immediately got into. The staff changed our site swiftly and without a hitch. It was level and hookups all good. There is a shuttle that brings you over to the casino and back and we hardly waited at all for it. The morning continental breakfast left a bit to be desired but it was what it was. It would not be a destination unless you are really going for the casino but it more than served our purposes.
