We built this site with passion for travelers like you and ourselves, not for stockholders or corporations. We do not make decisions based only on the bottom line like the other big travel sites. Price Gouging, Please Read:
You can use our form below to let us know of any price gouging you experience in times of
disaster like Hurricane Katrina. We don't want those hotels on our website and we will help prosecute violators of the law. Please provide us with the details.

Travel Customers, Please Read:
First check the email you recieved with the reservation. Because we deal with hotels direct, many bookings on our site are with the hotel directly and we are totally out of the loop on those. If you went direct, we make no commission and have no record of your reservation. Only the hotel does.
