These special downloads need a minimal charge for access and also so we can control the data. These are for your private use and not for distribution. Please keep them for your own private use. We hope extra features in each file are worth it. Save browsing time with direct links in each file that take you directly to maps, directions and official websites.
We add information and data in ways that help us while researching our own trips or while we are on the road. Maybe you travel with a computer, a cell data card, wi-fi or use dial-up. Maybe you just want an easier way to print stuff out. We use our own files all the time while RVing so we thought you may like them too. For example, you are already on the road and looking for information on campgrounds at Yosemite National Park. Your wi-fi is slow, or you are paying by the minute, so it's hard to search for an official website, look at menus and try to browse your way around a website. Bring up your AllStays file and you have phone numbers and basic information about each campground. And with one click from the file, you can be directly on the official webpage with details about the Yosemite Upper Pines Campground or others. Same thing can be done with hotels, B&Bs, and all kinds of unique locations.
Or maybe you just sort and filter your spreadsheet for exactly what you need for an upcoming trip. No 1,000 page books that include dozens of states you are not in with listings that are not complete because they only list places that participate in their programs or services. I have been adding PDF versions of most of these files so they are easier if you just want to view and print. I will soon be adding csv versions as well so they are not tied to Excel.
