Apr 2022: Look for the dirt area behind Carls Jr, west side of 395 across from Walmart. Apr 2022: There clearly is a disconnect between store personnel and management. I called and was OKd to park. As always I go in to the store upon arrival to confirm the approval and it was confirmed by a yellow-vested (on duty manager/PIC). When I walked out to my RV I flagged down a security guy driving through the parking lot.
