Fuel: G Nov 2017: We asked permission and were requested to park near the Wendys. We were the third to arrive, by late evening there were 9 rigs of various sizes. Lot is patrolled, so we felt safe. This is a busy Walmart, but traffic died down by 9 or 10 - but being busy, with a full lot most of the time, the leaf blowers started up very early in the morning! Small price to pay for a good nights sleep while travelling. Nov 2017: Car. Everything would have been fine if I had been in an RV and not a car. I parked on the side by all the RVs but not directly next to anybody. A guy came and put on his lights and parked directly in front of me. Then he pulled out backed in again, and put his lights on again and turned them off and just sat there in front of me. I was on the phone with my husband and I was mad and didnt want to be intimidated! My husband begged me to leave. He didnt want me to do this anyway. I dont think I will ever try it again. It was only to be for one night! There was also a lot of cars driving into the parking lot and this was around 11:30, right after the store closed. Jul 2017: RV. Arrived at 4:30 pm - several RVs already parked - good area- security guard monitors regularly. Several good grassy areas around perimeter near Wendys. Called ahead - ok to park. By around 8pm there were 7 rigs parked. Most allowed room for others to drive around. However one rig (Mercedes 45 ft toy hauler) was very inconsiderate by parking diagonally directly in front of us. Hopefully they leave early tomorrow morning otherwise we are blocked. All else very good place. Thank you Walmart - we did our shopping tonight. Apr 2017: We arrived at about 8:00pm. Easy in, easy parking. The lot was full of RVs and 5th wheels, so did not bother to ask to park. Security was cruising the lot. Most all the RVs were parked on the end closest to the garden center. There were lots of people sleeping in vans and trucks as well. I was awoken by the sound of gunshots and police siren

They do not support us and we do not endorse or support this store in any way. We always encourage people to support campgrounds and rv parks. Many people traveling on the road these days use stores for parking and supplies. Many locations do NOT allow over night stays in parking lots due to store managers or local laws. Please call ahead to be sure if you want to do this.
