220 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax NS B3S 1C9
Sep 2017: RV. Several RVs when we arrived. Nice quiet. Jul 2017: RV. Parked at the far end of the lot along chain road. Arrived at 8pm and there were 3 other RVs. No problem parking there. Left at 9am and there was No problem staying the night. Sep 2016: Did not ask as there were a few other RVs parked. Parked against the main street on the lower end, away from main entrance. as with the previous reports, flat and quiet, lots of resturants and shopping. Sep 2016: As previous person mentioned best place was where the other RVs were parked, ie on the south side by the road. There are a few areas where the lights are down so it provides some additional privacy. Very conveniently located and a lot of fast food and other portions close by that are open late for a late snack or so. These include Burger King, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, a&w, Harveys, subway, etc. Aug 2016: There were several other RVs already here when we arrived so we did not ask permission. Lot has some level areas, we all were parked at the lower end between the NSLC and La Cuisna. No issues at all. Free wifi. July 2016: Several other rigs here as well. overnight, no problem! great place to park! not busy. Oct 2014: There is no room to park here. It is an extremely congested area. July 2014: Stopped at one of the nearby restaurants for supper and there were already a couple of trailers. Must be OK to stay here. We were just passing through and did not stay. A fairly busy commercial area with restaurants and stores and such. Oct 2013: I did not ask as there were 2 other big A Class RVs here. Itis a very large lot with Cosco, the Super Store, restaurants, all spread across the large parking area. Sep 2013: We opted to stay across the way at Costco because the lot was bigger and less crowded. Oct 2012: Overnight in summer months , stayed here 2 nights. Was great. Feb 2011: There are usually a few RVs parked overnight in summer months

They do not support us and we do not endorse or support this store in any way. We always encourage people to support campgrounds and rv parks. Many people traveling on the road these days use stores for parking and supplies. Many locations do NOT allow over night stays in parking lots due to store managers or local laws. Please call ahead to be sure if you want to do this.
